Let’s stitch hope into every corner of our work.

If you or someone you love is struggling, you’re not alone. Call or text 988 for free, confidential support 24/7.

This month, we’ll be sharing resources, reflections, and handmade pieces that speak to resilience and recovery. Stay tuned—and stay gentle with yourself.

July is recognized as National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, also referred to as BIPOC Mental Health Month. It is essential to acknowledge that we are all collectively navigating various challenges, whether significant or minor, and that we all require support, a listening ear, and inspiration to foster a sense of community and encouragement, emphasizing that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. By striving for improvement today, we can work towards a brighter future.

🌿 June: Raising Awareness for Mental Health 🌿
This month, we shine a light on Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month and PTSD Awareness Month, recognizing the importance of open conversations and support for those facing mental health challenges.
💙 Men’s Mental Health Matters – Too often, men are encouraged to “tough it out” rather than seek help. This month, we challenge that stigma and advocate for emotional well-being, encouraging men to speak up and find support.
🧠 PTSD Awareness Month – Post-traumatic stress disorder affects many individuals, including veterans, survivors of trauma, and first responders. Understanding PTSD and promoting accessible mental health care is crucial in supporting those who live with it.
Mental health is just as important as physical health, and no one should struggle alone. Check in on a friend, start a conversation, and help end the stigma surrounding mental health.
