Current Vibes Energy & Wellness I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan, RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, Reiki II Practitioner and a Certified Sound Healer.

I started a journey to a healthier lifestyle in 2020 when I started eating clean and incorporated daily Yoga, meditation and mindfulness. The combination of healthy living and Spiritual practices has changed my life!! I am exploring mind body and Spirit! No topics too WooWoo here!! Join us in exploring taking care of our WHOLE selves!!
