❤️🌟❤️🌟❤️Yes, it’s Healing Arts Tuesday!

❤️🪘🙏🕊️🎶Sharing a bit of our personal healing drum session today. Shadow Drumming, drumming our emotions without words. Typically, we would end with the toning drum, chime or bells, but Jon gave me his nod signal (that’s sing a song, baby) and started drumming again. So…. you know, I went with it!

🌬️🪘We use the healing drum every day for shifting difficult and negative emotions, pain control, meditation, and the feeling of being in the present moment. We both felt a bit angsty today, not anymore! The drum takes out of your head and puts you into your heart. We find great joy in this. Even when Jon doesn’t feel like drumming with me, and that’s been a lot lately, he’s listening, and feels the shift. I think it is significant to note that as a Hospice patient, he has chosen to use healing drum, sound healing, rebozo & closing the bones, and plant medicine to help control his pain, and it is working for us. Today is a good day, so far. ❤️🙏

❤️🪘🙏🕊️🎶Sharing my private healing drum practice with you this morning. Offering vulnerability just after daylight, as real, raw and organic as it is. A few minutes a day, that brings such harmony, peace and balance to my life.

🌬️🌎🌊🔥Notice the wind at the beginning, the raw sharpness in my voice, and the shift in “sound” at around the 4 minute mark. Then “notice,” toward the end, my voice, the drum, the wind, all resonate together, in harmony, and healing mode. Oh, the silence in between, as I connect to 🌎Earth’s Rhythms.🌬️🎐🕊️🙏Sweet transformation.
