🌬️🕊️🫖🌿🧄🍵🙏 Food is a Healing Art, and cooking is one my mediums. I love to forage, and make a variety of seasonal food. Homeade soup is a big “thing” for me. I sold soup, seasonal pestos, homemade salad dressings, yogurt, mayo and honey mustard, and veggies and herbs (little tidbit) during Covid on my Soup Goddess page and at Papa’s Earth CSA. It was so gratifying for me. I loved every moment.
🤍 Intentional food, lovingly prepared is so important, and that is why I serve food at my events. Really, what is better than a home cooked meal? It doesn’t have to be a huge meal, an earthy charcuterie is fab! It is about the food, the intention, and the connection in gathering and breaking bread, right? What I love the most is witnessing people’s surprise and delight at being served a simple meal. This is roots and ritual, and it is my small way of bringing it back in our world.
💚🍵🧄🌿🍵 So, here’s what has been on the menu the last few days. Greek Chicken Lemon Rice Soup, Beet Green Pesto, Beet Tumeric & Rhubarb Kombucha will be served at Spring Equinox Sonic Smudge Sacred Frame Drum Journey Friday Eve at Align Sacred Space, with homemade bread from The Barefoot Gardener (thank you Chasity!) with a beautiful butter board, and some other surprises! We love to pamper you at our healing events! ❤️🙏
🧅I also made homemade French Onion Soup yesterday, because, I was hungry for it, and had an extra bag of onions. So, why not? PS - it was yummy!
