Born on May 6, 1935, Isabelle lived a rich and fulfilling life in Anderson, Indiana. She was the daughter of Charles and Jessie Heier and dedicated many years of her life working at Guide Lamp and Delco Remy, both integral parts of General Motors.

She was full of life, and her laughter was contagious. She had a love for the Lord and animals, especially, horses and her dog, Bruno, which brought her so much joy throughout her life.
