It’s ok to be grateful, and at the same time want more. Wanting to improve yourself, according to your standards, and still be completely grateful for where you are right now is OK!

I think sometimes we believe we have to be one or the other, and truth is you don’t.

I love who I am right now. Imperfections and all. Inside and out, and I also want to grow in all areas. Mentally, Physically, and Spiritually! It’s how it should be. It’s growth, evolution. It’s proof that I’m still breathing. 🙌🏾

How many of you feel guilty for wanting more? Like how dare you want it all or just simply MORE?!

🗣️Take the limits off! Health is wealth, wealth is more enjoyable when in good health. And peace of mind is the icing on the cake. Don’t allow your self imposed limits to tell you it’s one or the other. Take it all!

We got our steps in, got a good sweat to the beat, and wore pink 💓 to show support for the fighters and survivors! 💪🏾
