I am restructuring Prep4Birth™ classes for 2026! Now that I have my own cozy studio space, we're turning this into a whole ✨️experience✨️ and meeting twice for a 2-Part Birth Ball & Pregnancy Prep series!✌️🔵🩵
🔵Part 1 we will focus on anatomy, alignment, body mechanics, breath, posture, and learning how to best use your birth ball to prepare your body & mind for birth and help with pregnancy aches and discomfort. You'll learn a full-body fitness routine of exercises and stretches with your ball to practice at home!
🔵Part 2 we will come back, review what we've learned & practiced at home, then dive into all the ways we use the ball for labor & birth. Positions, movement and breath, mechanics or birth, comfort measures, pelvic anatomy, how to use the ball to help that baby out!
🔵Plus I'll have pregnancy tea, light snacks, warm cozy lighting & vibes, and connection with other mommas! You will leave feeling understood, empowered, strong, confident in your body & your baby, and have practical tools to implement. The perfect “Mom's Night Out!”✨️
I think this 2-part format (which many other 4th Trimester Fitness Method instructors already do) will best support my mamas in creating community while integrating these tools and really getting to embody this practice with extra support from me and eachother🩵
Upcoming series are Fridays January 9 & 16 5:30-7:30pm CST or Fridays March 6 & 13! We meet twice for 2 hours each. Spots are limited to accommodate mommas, bellies, and balls... so register soon if you're in!!🔵🫶✨️
