CONNECT Prenatal Yoga begins this Wednesday April 1 at 6:30pm🧡
Pregnancy asks a lot of your body.
Your center of gravity shifts, hips and pelvis begin to change, your breath patterns adjust.
Prenatal yoga helps support those changes instead of working against them!
Over these 6-weeks, we will focus on:
• building strength to support your changing body
• creating space in the hips, pelvis, and back
• breath practices that calm the nervous system and prepare for birth
• moving in a way that feels steady and supportive
Let this class give you a space to slow down, connect with your baby, and be surrounded by other expecting mamas.
Classes are intentionally small, creating a calm and welcoming environment where every mama feels seen and supported💞
