In Postpartum Recovery®️, we start by reconnecting with the deep core and pelvic floor through gentle, intentional movement.
Learning how to engage, release, and support the body from the inside out.
This kind of work may look simple at the start… but it’s the foundation for everything that follows.
And moments like this, with babies resting beside you, are what make this series so special 🥰🫶

This space really touches so many different stages of life, and days like this remind me how much I love what I get to do 🩵✨️🤸‍♀️

Postpartum Recovery® starts this Tuesday at 9:30am

If you’ve been thinking about joining, I would love to welcome you in! This 6-week series is a space to:
✨reconnect with your core and pelvic floor
✨rebuild strength in a safe, supported way
✨move your body with your baby right beside you
✨connect with other moms in the same season

Babies are always welcome to join for a mommy & me class!
There are just a couple of spots remaining for this Tuesday morning session.

I have two beautiful offerings just for the mamas!

✨ Postpartum Recovery® begins Tuesday at 9:30am
A 6-week series to gently rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and move forward with confidence after baby. Postpartum Recovery®: Mom & Baby 6-Week Fitness Series

✨ Birth Story Sharing Circle: Thursday at 6:30pm
A safe, supportive space to share, listen, and be in community with other moms. Birth Story Sharing Circle + Gentle Yoga

There are also a few drop-in spots available in yoga classes this week 🩵

There’s something so powerful about being in a room with other pregnant moms who understand exactly what this season feels like.
Prenatal Yoga classes here are so much more than movement💓

It’s a weekly pause.... A quiet space to breathe, move, and connect in with your mind, body, emotions, and your baby

Classes begin Wed April 1 and space is intentionally small to keep the environment supportive and welcoming🌷

Happy first day of Spring!🌷🪻🌿

This is my favorite time of year. When the days start to feel lighter,
the air softens, and everything slowly begins to open again.

And as moms, this energy is such a welcome change!

A quiet pull to step outside.
To move our bodies again.
To reconnect with ourselves after a long winter.

If you’ve been feeling that… you’re not alone.

Postpartum Recovery® is a space to gently step back into movement this spring.

To rebuild strength, connect with other moms, and to get out of the house with your baby and into something that feels supportive and good all around!
