Acuity Collective is a space for psychospiritual learning and self-investigation - where spiritual insight meets practical understanding and tools for life. Together, we explore how awareness of your energy system, thoughts, emotions, and inner patterns can support deeper personal growth and lasting transformation.

In the coming weeks, I’ll share more about the ideas behind this work and a new online course we’ll be launching in April. Stay tuned!

Every morning, I have a gratitude practice where I face each direction, send my gratitude and beauty to it and the element associated with it.

This morning, I applied elemental gratitude to the amazing Turkey soup I had for breakfast (Gratitude to my partner's cooking abilities!):

Gratitude to Fire - to cook the meat and heat the soup
Gratitude to Earth - growing the vegetables
Gratitude to Water - the base of the soup
Gratitude to air - my breath that cooled the soup so I wouldn't burn my tongue.
