-In accordance with Governor Cuomo’s policy, you must please arrive to your appointment wearing a mask, covering both your nose and mouth, and wear it at all times while in our office, unless the medical provider asks you to remove it during your visit.
-Come to your appointment alone. The only exceptions will be for an adult accompanying a minor or a person in need of mobility assistance.
-To ensure that this process runs smoothly, we ask that you please arrive no more then 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time, we are trying to avoid patient traffic in the office
-On the morning of your appointment, take your temperature and if it is greater than 99.5 degrees or if you have any symptoms of illness, we ask that you call and reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and all patients.
