Grateful to everyone who joined us in support of this meaningful cause! 💜

✨ Team Member of the Month: Armstrong! ✨

Born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Puerto Rico, Armstrong moved to Florida in 2018. A proud Army veteran and former Puerto Rico Reserves member, he joined Cypress Palms as a floor tech in 2018, quickly became a maintenance technician, and has been a valued team member for seven years.

Known for his hard work, positive attitude, and dedication to residents and team members, Armstrong is always ready to lend a hand. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, classic cars and shopping with his wife.

As Maintenance Director Peter says, “Armstrong truly represents Platinum Service®. He goes above and beyond for our residents and is a valued part of our team.”

Now, a year and a half later, Rock Steady Boxing has become a big part of his life at The Commons on Marice, a community managed by The Goodman Group.
