Southern New Mexico has created an activities club for adults to enhance and explore new coping skills. In this support groups discover your inner strength and empower yourself by Active coping. Active Coping skills are a vital component of resilience in the face of stress, mental health problems, and other adversity.
NAMI support groups are FREE programs lasting 60-90 minutes.
*Safe and confidential.
*No specific medical therapy or treatment is endorsed.

National Alliance on Mental Illness, Southern New Mexico (NAMI-SNM) is the largest New Mexico affiliate of NAMI, which is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI-SNM’s range of service is everything located, in it’s entirety, below I-40 (the exception being a small part of Albuquerque that is served by NAMI-NM).

We are an association of hundreds of local affiliates, state organizations and volunteers who work in your community to raise awareness and provide support and education that was not previously available to those in need. NAMI relies on gifts and contributions to support our important work.
