The Aristocrat Assisted Living Center of Alamogordo is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for the Director of Nursing position.

Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing include: providing a high-quality and consistent level of resident care; management and supervision of caregivers and staff; and coordinate training activities and ongoing professional education.

Qualified candidates will have superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a commitment to resident-centered care and satisfaction. Previous experience in a long-term care facility or assisted-living preferred. The Director of Nursing position will primarily be focused on the memory-care facility at the Aristocrat.
