you can now find me at in the southwest part of town on Wednesdays! I’ll still be providing mobile PT as well for anyone west of the I-15 and north of blue diamond road. So all of my peeps who live in Henderson, Mountains Edge, Southern Highlands… or if you just would prefer to get out of the house for your appointment… I’ll see YOU at my new in office location 🙂

I had a great time last weekend in San Diego learning from 🤍 it was 3 days of learning new techniques to help pregnant mamas have less pain during pregnancy and help prepare them to have smoother births.

As a provider… it’s always important to keep learning in order give the best care to my patients. Can’t wait to continue the education with her postpartum course!

S***M QUALITY

We’re talking about the men on this post.

These “normal” parameters of a s***m analysis were set by the World Health Organization in 2010 which was actually based on the LOWEST 5th percentile of a study of men who successfully conceived in 12 months 😯

So… your partner could’ve been told that his s***m analysis was normal… but isn’t it CRAZY how DIFFERENT it is between OPTIMAL and what’s considered “normal”?!

And if you’ve been trying to conceive and your partner has never had a s***m analysis… I wouldn’t recommend waiting a long time to have one done. We tend to think it’s all on us when talking about conceiving… but our partner is half of the equation 🤷🏽‍♀️

Did you know that it takes about 74 days for s***m to develop? So the s***m that is in your partner’s semen today is actually a reflection of their health 3 MONTHS AGO. To put it in simple terms: the changes that they start implementing today will not be seen till 3 months from now. NOT IMMEDIATELY. It’s the truth.

✨ But alas there ARE things your partner can do to improve their s***m quality with lifestyle changes, nutrition, and supplementation.

WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN TOLD ABOUT THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE?

common things women are told about their menstrual cycle:
🩸it should be 28 days
🩸ovulation occurs on day 14
🩸no variation between cycles

NOT NECESSARILY TRUE. There’s no “perfect” cycle… well, because a lot of things that can affect the cycle! We’re human.

But if you’re having irregular periods, noticing some spotting, trying to conceive and it’s not happening… maybe we need to investigate a bit more into your cycle & figure out what we can do to change it!

I’m looking for 3 women to join my first cohort of “Evolve Fertility Awareness Mastery” where we’ll be talk all things menstrual health. I’ll work 1:1 with you to learn fertility awareness, analyze your cycles, and improve your symptoms.
