This was me last Christmas Eve after wrapping late into the night... super grateful for all the blessings and abundance, but wanting to share the mental and physical load and simplify even more.

This year we're doing something different. I'm excited!!

Hi there! Apparently I've never done an introduction post. So imagine you're in my kitchen sipping something delicious with me 🫶

I'm 43, have been married exactly half my life now, and have 5 children - all born at home. Oh, and this is our 12th year homeschooling 🤯 So basically I don't mind questioning the modern 'status quo' and taking a path less traveled - especially when it feels more aligned with God's design and opens up possibilities.

My love for movement and nutrition started as a teenager and led me to studying yoga, becoming a massage therapist, and exploring everything related to nutrition and holistic health. I've learned a ton over the last 25 years in the holistic wellness space and I feel honored to help guide other women on their unique journey (from pregnancy through perimenopause)!

When I'm not deep in research or coaching others, you'll typically find me experimenting in the kitchen (I've been playing with sourdough long before it was trendy!), squeezing a hike in before an orthodontist appointment, returning a huge stack of library books, taking my teens to theater rehearsal, or resting with my legs up the wall!
