Rooftop Reggae & Yoga This weekend!!!!we are back from our long over due hiatus and we’re excited to have you join us on the rooftop for some reggae vibes and energy healing and mindful movement. Celebrate Black History Month with cultural healing and community (everybody welcome)

What to expect:

An atmosphere we created for Cultural Relaxation, movement and healing. Yoga, energy cleansing, sound bath, and guided meditation all to the soothing beats of reggae. Rooted N Flo is growing, and we’re calling in aligned souls who feel called to show up for the community.

We’re looking for volunteers who are excited to support holistic, culturally-rooted wellness spaces—whether that’s helping with event setup, capturing photos & videos, or supporting behind the scenes.

✨ This is for you if:
• You love community-centered spaces
• You want hands-on event experience
• You value wellness, connection, and service
• You’re open to learning and growing with us

In return, you’ll get to join in on activities, build meaningful connections, and gain event planning experience.
