2. Complete intake paperwork from Arogya and send back

3. Agree on appt time via text/call

Starts as a telephone call and ends as video visit. Medications, blood work, and x-ray, CTs ordered electronically!

Hi Ladies

Special request: if you have a strong family history of breast cancer, pls get your mammogram done ASAP even if you are less than 40. Others pls make sure you are up to date with your mammograms. Easier to manage and treat when found in early stages.
