Courtney and I met at Loaded Empanadas today for a business meeting, and I just have to say… this place is such a vibe. 🌮✨

First of all, LOOK at this food. Unreal. 🤤👏

Second, that gorgeous mural in the background is the owner, and I love everything about that. A queen on the wall, as she should be. 👑💜

And if you look closely… you’ll also see a bookshelf, and one of the books sitting there is Courtney’s:

💜 Huge thank you to Loaded Empanadas for hosting and us for our Women’s Heart Health talk yesterday!❤️

We are so grateful to be partnering with a local business that truly supports community health, education, and empowering women to take their health seriously.

The space was perfect, the energy was incredible, and I loved seeing women show up for themselves.

We’ll be back again on March 11, and I can’t wait to continue this series together! 🙌✨

She’s a rep for the Nevada Donor Network, and she turned the pain of losing her son into a life of purpose and service. That alone says everything you need to know about her heart. 🫶

Courtney is fierce, authentic, and so heart-centered it’s unreal. 🔥💛 When she walks into a room, the whole vibe changes… it literally gets lighter. 🌟

Today we had an incredible planning meeting at Loaded Empanadas, and what started as a quick meetup turned into mapping out our entire year of women’s health education and advocacy.
We’re so excited to officially announce an ongoing women’s health discussion series hosted by Grace Healthcare Advocates at Loaded Empanadas in Boca Park, Las Vegas.

These monthly gatherings will focus on real, important conversations for women, including:
• Heart health for women
• How to properly advocate for yourself in medical settings
• What really happens when you go to the hospital
• Understanding symptoms that are often overlooked in women
• Why women’s pain is frequently underestimated or missed
Women have a high pain tolerance, and too often that leads to symptoms being dismissed or misunderstood. We’re here to change that through education, awareness, and advocacy.
