Our Story!

Since 2014 Face to Face Medical Management has been successfully providing physician services to homebound patients in the Las Vegas and Reno areas. Our goal is to transition patients back to their primary care while reducing hospital re-admissions. We accomplish this by coordinating care with physicians and home healthcare agencies. Our team comes directly to you through a Face to Face visit or a virtual visit. We provide home healthcare services, such as virtual medical consultations to deliver prompt and convenient healthcare.
