Walk with the Shaman used to be a one day excursion, but now we decided to turn it into a mini retreat in Las Vegas and an extended retreat in other countries such as Costa Rica, Mexico and Belize. 💚🌿
We guide the group into nature to study and learn how to pick healing herbs through our oral African Spiritual tradition.
Later, we share the way we prepare the herbs, the group participates in qigong movement workshops, sit in sacred healing ceremonies, and visit sacred locations. 🍵⛰️
