After her trip to Nepal in 2019 she founded Nepal Without Limits which is a non-profit organization that focuses on promoting tourism in Nepal and raising funds for children and women in the most impoverished areas of the region. Joanna is a lover of life, traveler, a former marathon runner, a passionate hiker and mountain climber. She climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, Whitney, Shasta and trekked to the Everest Base Camp. For 25 years Joanna was married to a unique man, named Bob. Miriamah Saba was raised by former Peace Corps volunteers, and spent her early years living between Southeast Asia and North Dakota, eventually settling in Colorado, where she spent almost three decades. Growing up in the mountains, outdoor recreation was a way of life, and “going out to play” meant wandering in the woods, rock climbing, and skiing. Years later, her three kids grew up hiking the same trails, and soaking in the same hotsprings as she had. She found her niche in Alternative Health and Wellness, earning certificates in Holistic Health, and as a Childbirth Assistant and Childbirth Educator, studying with Midwives, Herbalists, and other Healers, and later attending Massage School. She maintained a successful practice for many years in her home state, until deciding it was time for a great new adventure... She relocated to Nevada in 2004, where she discovered a different world..new mountains and deserts to explore, and a job working at a luxury spa on the Las Vegas Strip. Over the course of almost two decades as a Massage Therapist, she honed her skills as a healer, focusing on ancient, indigenous practices of bodywork, with an emphasis on Women’s Health through her practice, World Tree Healing Arts. Her brood has grown, and now includes seven grandchildren!
