Full Circle Training develops workouts using resistance bands and body weight. We believe it is imperative that individuals are comfortable with moving and using their own body to exercise. The bands give resistance throughout complete movements, so when it's time to add weights, they have become more dynamic in movement, allowing a great base for fitness. Adding resistance bands into a circuit format provides a low impact cardio workout as well. The circuits change weekly to keep the workouts fun and not repetitive. Workouts are modified on an individual basis, depending on a person's fitness level and heart rate. Join us this week for a total body, low impact, cardio and strength workout, built for any fitness level!
