15 Day Hard Challenge: Reset Your Mind, Body & Spirit
Duration: 15 Days Straight – No Skipping, No Excuses
Goal: Build unshakable discipline, strengthen your faith, elevate your wellness, and operate at your highest level.

DAILY NON-NEGOTIABLES (Complete ALL 7 of Each Day)
1. Two 45-Minute Workouts
• One workout must be outdoors, rain or shine
• The second workout can be gym, weights, cardio, dance, etc.
• Must be 3+ hours apart
2. Drink 1 Gallon of Water
• Stay hydrated—track your progress throughout the day
• Add lemon or fruit for extra benefits
3. Follow a Clean Eating Plan
• Choose a clean meal plan and stick to it
• No cheat meals, alcohol, processed sugar, or fast food
4. Take Your Total Life Changes (TLC) Products in the Morning
• Kickstart your day with your TLC routine (e.g., NutraBurst, NRG, Iaso Tea, etc.)
• Prioritize your body’s internal health
5. Read 10 Pages of a Personal Growth or Faith-Based Book
• Book must be physical or on Kindle (no audiobooks)
• Suggested: mindset, feminine energy, healing, business, or leadership
6. Take a Daily Progress Photo
• Front-facing or mirror selfie
• Watch your body and confidence transform
7. No Complaining or Negative Self-Talk
• Stay mindful of your thoughts and words
• Replace negativity with affirmations and gratitude
• Write down 1 thing you’re grateful for before bed
