Full Moon Clearing
After the sun sets, create a quiet space,
Take a moment to light a white candle and fill a large bowl of salt water. Begin by calling in your ancestors and other high vibration energy.
Start by visualising a bright light above your crown chakra flowing through your body. Allow the light to move through each of your chakras paying additional attention to the areas that feel heavy or lack flow of energy. As you move through your chakra system take note of any colours or feelings that come up. Showing up for these areas with love and compassion.
As you allow the energy to move through you ask your ancestors to support you in gently releasing any patterns of negative energy that is in or around you. Revoking any permission for any energy to be attached to you that is not in your highest good.
Wash your hands or feet in the bowl of salt water to allow the energy to release from your hands and or feet.
You should notice the shift in your energy as you release. Allow your body to breathe and expand. Thanking your ancestors and those high vibrational energies for supporting and healing with you. Once you feel clear put out your candle and dispose of the salt water. Allow yourself to then lay under the moon allowing the energy to flow in and around your body and aura.
