Although my diet is more fine tuned each week, on heavy cheat days I have to get into the gym no mater how late.

Thank goodness for 24 hour

5 pounds didn't sneak up on me. I devoured it one plate at time over 4 months

Being overweight almost put me in the grave according to the doctors. Talk about a wake-up call! They said you normally get away with one mini stroke after that it's all downhill. Another episode could be fatal.

I had brought my weight from 242 down to 234 when I went into the hospital. I came out 8 Days Later 224 pounds.

I knew from experience that when I go above 215 pounds my blood pressure is in the danger zone and had refused prescriptions for many years.

Approaching 3 months out of the hospital I am reducing the prescribed meds to zero & replacing with more natural ingredient products without the side effects.

I have been slacking on posting my progress - I have not been bike riding in this heat but did join a gym for some treadmill action - I have actually showed up twice in the week since joining
