Do you think your blood type has an impact on your health and diet? 🆎 🅾️Have you ever tried eating for your blood type? Did it make a difference for you? Some studies suggest it does, and I’ve definitely noticed patterns in my own habits.
Last night I took a blood type test to confirm what I already assumed... I'm Type O-. According to research, that blood type benefits from a high-protein diet with lots of red meat, fish, and vegetables, and limited grains, dairy, and sugar.
That aligns perfectly with how I naturally eat. I’ve never been into sweets or carbs, and I feel my absolute best when I focus on organic / natural foods, especially meats and fish. I think I was at my healthiest when I was consistently eating this way.
I’ve always been passionate about living as naturally as possible, staying grounded in nature, and eating clean, organic foods that fuel my body, inside and out. Which eventually lead me to create FOIEVIARE!
