One-on-one crisis sessions are available for individuals who have recently experienced sexual violence themselves, within their family, or are facing a crisis related to past trauma.

They are designed to:
💙 Offer immediate emotional support within a safe, nonjudgmental environment.
💙 Assist survivors in processing their experiences and initiating healing.
💙 Evaluate urgent needs and guide individuals to accessible resources.
💙 Provide problem-solving methods and coping skills.

While crisis appointments are not a substitute for ongoing therapy, they are an important first step toward the help and support you deserve.
