Another custom lip in the books here at Enhance AW in Downtown Yuma!

She came in with inspiration photos in hand, ready to chat all things lips — and I dove right into the nitty-gritty of individual anatomy, facial proportions, and setting realistic goals. Together, we designed a result that not only enhanced her lips but truly balanced her overall facial features!

There’s so many unique pearls that I use during treatments to include clients in the decision making process— even while I am injecting! It’s interactive, and that’s what I love.

Using a combination of Restylane Defyne and Restylane Kysse, I refined her lip shape and proportions for a result that’s both beautiful and natural for her facial shape and structure!

This beautiful client had never tried filler or tox before! She generously modeled for us during yesterday’s Evolus training here at Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness in Downtown Yuma- we utilized and Form and Smooth HA gel.

worked on building the foundation in her mid cheeks, chin, and jawline for subtle, structural lift, while I used advanced cannula techniques to soften and refine shadows. The result? Naturally refreshed, not overdone. Exactly how we love to do things at Enhance!

It’s not just about lines or volume loss—it’s about sculpting the right lift so the light hits exactly where it should. That’s the art (and science) behind mid cheek, chin, and jawline treatments- true facial balancing at its finest!

𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘓𝘪𝘱 𝘊𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 🤍

This beautiful client came to see me after noticing something she couldn’t unsee in her previous filler (by a different injector in Yuma): when smiling, her left upper lip would fold in on itself, creating a pronounced “sausage-like” bulge and uneven shape to her left side. Something that happens when you are in the wrong depth, and placing filler.

Her filler looked pretty at rest, but when she animated her face in any way, it told another story— a challenging, but fixable problem. Trust me, I was worried I was going to under deliver— and correcting someone else’s work isn’t always easy.

We had an honest consult about dissolving completely (my first recommendation) to start completely fresh. But she really wanted to try a correction first before committing to dissolving. So, we did!

I used Restylane Kysse (a soft, flexible filler) to carefully rebalance her shape and reduce the inversion. I will see her back in 6–8 weeks and plan a carefully placed partial dissolving of the migrated filler at the wet-dry border and upper lip where it’s forcing that inversion (swipe to see).

Correction work isn’t always a “one and done”—but it’s worth it to restore beautiful movement and balance.

Always grateful to clients who trust me for these details, and seeing how happy she was at the end was the cherry on top!
