Man today I was like alright going to do a 5 round 500m- row / 1000m- bike.
Got to the third round and my body wasn’t feeling it. 2 BJJ practices, 5 superhuman protocols, 20-30 min bike at 80-90rpm at night, then today should have been a day off.
But I’m happy I called it early because i have been down this road before where I have pushed myself and it always leaves me sick & not able to train for a few days after that.
Sometimes you just need to know when to let off the gas & retune the engine before stepping on it again. Tomorrow is another day just show up.
