🩷A few months ago, my life changed completely when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. There was fear, silence, and many questions… but also a deep strength I didn’t know I had.
I’m currently going through treatment, and while it’s not easy, I’ve discovered that even along this path there is light, learning, and love for my body, even as it changes.
Movement, my family, friends, and students have been my support and my anchor.
Today I’m beginning to share this journey with honesty and hope.
If my story can bring comfort or light to someone else, then it truly has meaning.

🩷Hace unos meses me diagnosticaron cáncer de mama y mi vida cambió por completo. Hubo miedo, silencio y preguntas… pero también apareció una fuerza profunda que no sabía que tenía.
Estoy transitando mi tratamiento y, aunque no es fácil, descubrí que incluso en este camino hay luz, aprendizajes y amor por mi cuerpo, aun cuando cambia.
El movimiento, mi familia, amigas y alumnas fueron mi sostén y mi ancla.
Hoy empiezo a compartir este proceso con honestidad y esperanza.
Si mi historia puede acompañar a alguien más, entonces tiene sentido.
