🌻💛⭐ Happy Magical March 🌙✨☀️ It's all about sunny yellow "I Can" vibes this month as we focus on our solar plexus chakra.

This is such an important energy center in our body because it can carry our fear & shame OR a better, more loving conscious choice, it can exude our confidence, our worthiness, our sense of personal power. This third chakra is located between your belly button and the base of your sternum. It's where we usually point when we say we have a "gut" feeling about something.

I especially connect with this chakra because of my journey from stage fright to embracing and sharing that spotlight with others too.

To help strengthen this center, you can create your own affirmations around:

⚜️ Personal Power
⚜️ Courage
⚜️ Wisdom
