Mental health and fitness are intertwined. Much of how I approach my training includes the psychological component of fitness.

When I got into the fitness industry I wondered how is it that there’s a fitness boutique on every corner, but the rates of obesity are going up 📈?!
What’s missing?!

Confidence. This is a big one I think is missing in the minds of people looking to lose weight. The confidence and sense of self worth to know that EVERY body belongs in the gym. Every body deserves to be nurtured and taken care of.

A huge part of why I love what I do is seeing clients transform MENTALLY. Because that translates into other parts of their lives as well.
Love your body, take care of your body, move your body.

Wahhhh we’re almost at the end of the month. Crazy! All this conscious gratitude has made me appreciate so many little things.

I picked up skating again today, and I think a large part of that was having it brought to my attention through these questions.
There has been an added level of presence to this month that I’m super grateful for.

Today’s post (which was really yesterdays, sorry I’m a day behind) I want to go back to people we admire. We talked about ways they helped shape us into who we are, but what are some ways we could emulate them? Maybe pass down the same benefits they gave you to someone new.
