Unicorn Life School - The Things We Should Have Been Taught

We are communal beings, We receive value from speaking with others, for being seen, from the kind smile of another. Our parents, our partner, our sibling attempt to support us, however there are things that these individuals cannot support us with. Being open and receptive to working with a Coach, is paramount as this is someone external from our immediate surrounding. The person is objective, does not have perceived beliefs about who we are. The person is here to simply support you from of place of love, for your highest good. This is one way Unicorn Life School answers the call, through executive coaching, group coaching and individual lie coaching. Who receives value from coaching??? EVERYONE - there are individuals who you would never think would seek coaching, work with a coach on a weekly basis. In addition to coaching, we offer classes and workshops on numerous modalities, which are intended to support you meet the challenges we encounter in daily life.

Not because it’s selfish.
Not because you’re giving up on others.
But because you are the foundation of everything you give to the world.

When you look after your mind, you protect your clarity.
You learn to pause instead of react, to breathe instead of burn out, to choose peace over constant pressure.

When you look after your health, you’re investing in your future self.
Energy, focus, and resilience don’t come from pushing endlessly—they come from balance, rest, and respect for your body.

When you look after your feelings, you stop carrying what isn’t yours.
You allow yourself to feel without guilt, to heal without rushing, and to set boundaries without apology.

Self-care doesn’t mean escaping responsibility.
It means preventing exhaustion, resentment, and breakdown before they arrive.

You matter—not just for what you do, but for who you are.
So slow down when you need to.
Say no when it protects your peace.
Take time for yourself without explaining it.

Because when you are well, you show up better—for life, for others, and for yourself.

Taking care of yourself isn’t optional.
It’s essential.

The Ursid Meteor Shower 2025 is almost here! ☄️

From mid to late December, the skies will light up with streaks of meteors from comet 8P/Tuttle, peaking overnight December 21–22.

Although it’s a minor shower, skywatchers can expect to see 5–15 meteors per hour under clear, dark skies. The meteors will appear to radiate from the Little Dipper (Ursa Minor), making it a perfect opportunity to enjoy some peaceful stargazing before the end of the year.

✨Tips for watching:

Find a dark spot away from city lights

Give your eyes 15–20 minutes to adjust to the dark

Look up at the sky, not just at the radiant point

Don’t miss this beautiful winter sky show even a few meteors streaking across the night sky can be magical. Share your sightings and photos with the group!

🚨 BREAKING: A very rare interstellar comet is passing Earth tomorrow — December 19 🌍☄️✨

Comet 3I / ATLAS is an interstellar traveler, passing through our solar system as it reaches its closest point to Earth. Scientists believe this object formed around a distant star, long before our own solar system took shape.

It has spent millions of years drifting through the depths of space, and this brief flyby may be the only chance humanity ever has to see it. While it poses no risk to our planet, its journey gives astronomers a rare opportunity to study material from beyond our stellar neighborhood.

✨ Events like this quietly remind us of the scale of the universe and our small place within it.
Moments like these are fleeting. Look up, stay curious, and witness the story unfolding above us.

As of December 1, 2025, there have been 54,431 Monarch Waystation habitats registered with Monarch Watch!

Monarch Waystations are places that provide milkweed and nectar plants, which are necessary for monarchs to produce successive generations and sustain their migration.

You can create a Monarch Waystation in places like home gardens, at schools, businesses, nature centers, and more by planting milkweed and nectar plants. No effort is too small to have a positive impact.

When you register your habitat, it'll be added to the Monarch Waystation Registry, and you'll receive a certificate recognizing your role in supporting the monarchs.

Thank you to everyone creating, conserving, and protecting monarch habitats!
