lear at an early age, teaching gymnastics to elementary kids when I was in 7th grade. I chose Mankato State in Minnesota as their gymnastics program and Physical Education Teaching Program was the best in the state. I graduated with my BS in Teaching PE and went on to use it on RCCL ships, developing the original aerobics program, plus performed tap & ballroom dancing, and taught dance classes as well. For the past 3 decades, I've been devouring everything I can within the Natural Health & Wellness industry, as it has totally captivated my attention. It started with a sore throat and the Dr. gave me antibiotics. It went away and came back. He gave me More Antibiotics. Same scenario - It came back. Frustrated, I went to a natural health store and they introduced me to an Echinacea/Goldenseal tincture. It was gone. That was the beginning of my ventures into natural cures and the rest is history. Now it’s time for me to start sharing all of the "good stuff" that I have been learning with those who want to learn how to improve their health…naturally. What excites me about this work is knowing that I am truly making a difference in people’s lives. What sets me apart from others doing similar things is that over the years, I have tested 100’s of natural products and protocols on myself, having studied the top natural health and wellness doctors. As a busy entrepreneur, I have developed proven strategies which help me endure long days, maintain some very intense travel schedules, while essentially being prescription-drug-free and with the energy that surpasses many who are half my age. My methods will help you embrace the changes you desire, helping to improve your performance, creating sustainable & maintainable habits to achieve your life and health goals, with more life / work balance, more confidence, and a healthier immune system. My system will help you to manage your time more effectively, have less stress & anxiety, and mostly to live a happier, healthier and longer Life With Zest! After years of health oversights by the FDA: Big news in nutrition:
The FDA is working on an official definition of ultraprocessed foods.

These are industrial foods full of things you won’t find in your kitchen—like artificial flavors, sweeteners, and preservatives that help products last longer but have been linked to health risks like diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers.

A formal definition could impact school lunches, SNAP benefits, and even military meals—and might lead to clearer labeling for shoppers.

If you want to double the pleasure, get outside for a dose of sunshine. The health benefits of sunlight include producing vitamin D, supporting bone health, lowering blood pressure, preventing disease, and promoting good mental health.
Sit under the early morning sun for 5-10 minutes to:
- Improve bone health
- Help strengthen your immune system
- Help heal minor hormonal problems
Vitamin D deficiency is more common these days. And sunshine is our number one best source of it. Vitamin D is a key ingredient to a healthy body and is essential in signaling the immune system, which helps your body monitor your cells.

I love mornings and sunrises!

It only takes a few minutes to start your day out right.

Getting outdoors in the sun for 10-15 minutes within the first 30-60 minutes of awakening regulates our body clocks / circadian rhythm.

It is associated with an increase in alertness, a boost in mood, lower stress, and is said to impact and improve sleep quality.

It's also so peaceful! I just love hearing the birds start to chirp soon after the sun arises... I especially love the Mockingbirds!

One solution is to use a fitness tracker and set hourly step reminders to notify you to move and achieve your hourly movement goals.

Why not add standing desk fitness exercise equipment for work, an under-desk cycle or elliptical, or a ball chair to bounce on?

I like to use a balance ball chair to bounce on and pedal on an under-desk bike.
