A genuine teacher doesn’t just talk about wisdom or sell it as a product, they live it. Their choices, energy, and way of being are the teaching. The guru isn’t outside of the path; they are the walking, breathing example of it. That’s why presence itself becomes transmission.
When a teacher truly embodies the path, it awakens something in others. Students don’t just follow blindly, they feel called toward the same light. Their devotion isn’t really to the teacher’s personality; it’s to the light the teacher is pointing toward. That devotion becomes the proof that the teacher is real, because truth naturally inspires truth in others.
