Working out with me is as comfortable as working out at home. (Except that at home, there can be any number of interruptions and distractions to your workout.) Do you have a treadmill that has turned into an expensive clothes hanger? You need my services! Joining a gym. A common scenario is that someone joins a gym, goes a few times, gets bored and stops going to the gym. When you sign up for sessions with me, we have a conversation about your goals. I design a program that will help you meet your goals. You make an appointment that I expect you to honor. As long as you show up, I will make sure you get a workout. We listen to music you enjoy. We do exercises you enjoy. I tell you why we are doing certain exercises so you learn about your body as we work out. I don't believe it is possible to achieve or maintain good health without good nutrition, during our hour I talk about nutrition and health. I am at your service to track down recipes, nutrition information, grocery shopping strategies and ways to find time to exercise more. It takes six weeks to effect a physiological change in your body. (That is why boot camp takes 6 weeks!) If you are looking to improve your health with exercise, please commit to at least 6 weeks of work. Too often, people give up just as they would start seeing real changes. You didn't get out of shape all at once, don't expect to get into shape all at once either.
