ARE YOU TRULY FREE?
With today's circumstances it's clear that many people are suffering financially. When there is financial suffering we also suffer emotionally, and this suffering – if not interrupted by a positive and optimistic attitude – can ruin our physical and mental health.
Many people who are part of our community are suffering. This is why I would like to offer a sense of freedom.
You are truly free when you become aware of your power and make a conscious choice to choose your attitude.
TODAY BECOME AWARE OF THE FREEDOM TO CHOOSE YOUR ATTITUDE
I’d like to share with you a passage from Viktor Frankl’s famous book “Man’s Search for Meaning.”
Frankl was one of the very few people to survive the N**i death camps and he used this horrendous experience to inspire millions of others to look deep down inside to discover a fundamental psychological truth: You have complete and autonomous control to maintain hope, faith, and human dignity no matter how dire your outer circumstances might be.
Here’s a quote:
“We who lived in concentration camps can remember the men who walked through the huts comforting others, giving away their last piece of bread. They may have been few in number, but they offer sufficient proof that everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms – to choose one’s ATTITUDE in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way….It is this spiritual freedom – which cannot be taken away – that makes life meaningful and purposeful.”
HOW DO YOU INTERRUPT THIS SUFFERING?
Following a fundamental biological and neurological fact, one that won Eric Kandel the Nobel Prize: even a single neuron – if provided a little nurturance – will grow and thrive and extend its axons and dendrites into a world perceived as being safe. But the moment that neuron – or your brain or your mind – comes to “believe '' that there are more dangers than opportunities, it – you – slowly shrivel and die.
At SAVE Hypnotherapy we follow this fundamental neurological fact and we accelerate this process by providing a safe mental resolution to those painful experiences from the past that continue to cause you suffering. By doing this, you provide nurturing to the aspect of yourself that is in pain, consequently you change your biological and neurological reaction.
This is where religion, psychology, and neuroscience concur: we all have a fundamental freedom to embrace a mental and spiritual attitude of ceaseless hope, faith, optimism, confidence, self-love, and compassion for others. This is a universal principle that turns striving into thriving, and suffering into grace.

To ease your suffering here is a NeuroTip:
Pick a memory from the past that caused you great suffering.
Close your eyes and relax as you recall how you felt and thought.
Ask yourself: how did you survive? What did you do to get past that terrible moment? Now let the memory dissolve.
Think about a current situation you are struggling with. Notice the negative thoughts and feelings. Now invite into your consciousness an ATTITUDE of hope, faith, optimism and the inner commitment to do whatever it takes to maintain your human dignity.
Focus on your deepest inner values and notice how those words bring you a semblance of confidence and peace. Repeat those values to yourself every day because they will strengthen the neural circuits that give your life deep purpose and meaning.
