I move in silence, yet my impact is loud 🔥

My comfort zone kept me in fear of speaking on my beliefs.
My goals used to feel too big.
Time and financial freedom was only for those born into richness.
(Ugh even I got tired of reading that)

But get this….Self belief is so insane! Imagine believing you are capable of anything, and working hard at achieving EVERYTHING you’ve wanted, even the wildest childhood dreams.

Surround yourself with people who believe anything is possible, and if you don’t have those kind of people in your circle, come join mine.

I want to just take a moment to congratulate the most amazing man I’m lucky enough to live this life with ❤️❤️

Today, he got promoted to Lead at a job he’s worked hard at for over 3 years! His supervisors, leads, and co-workers always see the value he brings to the workplace.

He deserves it so much ❤️
Others get to experience what it’s like to be surrounded by his amazing energy.

Preston always inspires, motivates, and brings life to anyone he meets and gets to have a conversation with.
I admire the way he takes the lead on many things, regardless of how much he has on his plate.
He works hard, shows up for our business, takes time to connect with his clients, makes time for his family and friends, and loves on me every chance he gets ❤️

Being a business owner isn’t easy, especially as he still works full time at his 9-5.
For us, our goal is to have him retire his job when we hit 20k plus per month in our business! It may seem like a lot to most, but our vision is soooo big that I cannot wait until we reach and surpass every goal!
P.s. we hit over 65% of that goal within our first couple of months 🔥🔥

I can’t believe this is my second team promotion I qualified for THIS YEAR! 🤩

I’ve NEVER been rewarded with a vacation for being a hard worker.🙅🏻‍♀️
Not in the medical field, not as a security guard, or working as a banker, at Mountain Mike’s or Home Depot.

Now, I am able to travel to places I never knew I’d be able to!
I’m creating bonds with leaders who’s life looks like what I’ve always dreamed of! Things I never knew an immigrant 28 year old Latina would be capable of! 🤯

I learned and healed through thoughts of not being good enough to deserve better. 💆🏻‍♀️

I could have never imagined a life like this ☺️☺️

Our love languages are physical touch, quality time, and words of affirmation, and it’s been hard getting to have all those things daily, but we cherish every moment together that we have.
Preston works 4 days a week, often 12hr days, AND works at our business Friday-Sunday, AND is an amazing health coach to his amazing clients. Even with allladaaat, he makes time to make me feel special in many ways!
Such as during phone conversations, seeing me for 10 minutes before he heads to work, or simply spending time with me wherever we can squeeze it! Movies, gym, dinner at home, you name it!

It’s not always easy, but we make it work and wouldn’t have it any other way!

I run and manage our healthy cafe Monday-Sunday, and take care of a lot of aspects and behind the scene things that business owners do, but owning my time and being able to not have to show up for anyone else at only 28yrs old… now that’s goals!

We’re working hard every day until the time comes to help retire him too ❤️❤️

Thank you for being my person, my other whole, my supporter, lover, business partner, motivator, and for putting up with me when my feisty Latina comes out 🤪😂

I love you ❤️

I love my community 🤩

The energy at Fit camp yesterday was amazing!

People from all stages of life, all ages, all fitness levels showed up!

Y’all… my parents were there too!

To think back at the times my mom used to go to Preston’s Fitcamp, and how I started my journey then too!
If it wasn’t for the amazing community build back then, I can’t tell y’all where I would be now.

Would I still be working as a medical assistant in a place I dreaded going into every day? Would I be the fleet manager at a construction & landscape company still? Would my pre-diabetes turn into diabetes? Would I still have to sleep with a CPAP machine????
Those are questions I wouldn’t care to know the answer to, but looking back at where I was then, all I can say is that I’m extremely grateful for the complete turnaround my life took, and all because a community just like the one I’m helping to build!
