Effective immediately, we now offer two types of follow-up appointments:
10-Minute Follow-Up Appointment:
This is for pets with no changes since their last visit and who are being treated for the same issue(s) as before. These shorter sessions allow us to maintain continuity in care when no new concerns have arisen.
20-Minute Follow-Up Appointment:
Please book this if your pet has been seen by a vet since their last visit, or if there are any new issues or changes in condition that need to be assessed and addressed during the session.
Selecting the correct appointment type helps ensure we have enough time to provide the best possible care for your pet.
When you come into the facility please have all the equipment you need, including your leash. Please have room between each dog for safety.
All dogs are required to be on a leash AT ALL TIMES, unless otherwise directed by Dr. Carter. Dogs not on a leash will NOT be seen. While at the facility, please be courteous and clean up after your pet.
The price is $54 per dog for established client visits within 3 months of your last appointment, $74 for visits if your last appointment was over 3 months ago. In an effort to ensure a smooth schedule, there is a $25 cancellation fee if you do not show up for your designated appointment slot.
All NEW PETS must be pre-registered and booked as a new patient appointment with our team in order to be seen.
