Charlotte Stephenson, Marriage & Family Therapist Intern I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in private practice. I see individuals in all stages of life and love working with children of all ages.

I see individuals in all stages of life as well as families but I specialize in children of all ages including preschool, grade school, teens and young adults. I was a 1st grade teacher for 4 years prior to becoming a therapist and I have teenage children of my own so I have experience with all stages of child development. I take pride in my ability to help those who are or who have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction or are going through life changes such as separation, divorce, retirement or children moving away. I am also a Type 1 Diabetic and would love to connect with other Type 1's and help navigate life's journey. My therapy approach is tailored to each unique individual. It is typically a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), experiential components and play therapy for children. At the foundation, my therapeutic approach will always include compassion, openness, and warmth.
