Check the comments for recommendations on how to deal with mental pain. This is important to me because I lost my daughter May 2nd 2024 and my bestfriend (my daughters Godmom) April 17th 2024 just a week an a half apart so I know mental pain very well, I am going to post more as I learn, heal, and pray my way through this. I hope what I post will help someone else going through the same thing. It's all about support, please feel free to post your experience & helpful information on my page or under this post. Today my daughter would of turned 33 and this is for her & any other families going through grief.
