The course offers 6 CEs if you’re an LMT, as I am an approved provider through NCBTMB.

This sweetly held class includes intro to shamanic practices & qigong principals as well. For creating sacred space, connecting to earth, nature & heavenly chi & building personal energy.

Hanging on or letting go are the same!

It creates polarized energy.... which gives us more 3D.

Alchemize energy into a neutral state.
That's what creates truth and freedom!

We want to NOT focus on heads or tails, but see the glimmer in the middle of the coin.

🪙That's where the golden & real value is, my friends.

This is not an easy process, either. Takes commitment, patience, compassion and balance.

If you think it will get easy because of the "work" you do, you've not done enough work, for long enough time...or your fooling yourself.

We get inventive, creative and imaginative, with how to do our "work". We allow the energy to run through us, so we can fully connect, learn it and calibrate it.

What becomes "easy" is the ability to show up for ourselves, regardless. Because we know the outcome is radiant, dynamic and incredibly sensational!

That is the principal purpose of the 3rd dimensional reality that we live in. That we chose to vibrate in. Finding ability to stay in neutral conditions gives us optimal vision and equips us properly.

Only through the space of neutrality can we prepare and have the ability to sense and see what else is available for us, who else we are, and experience beyond the spectrum we are aware of & commonly residing in. 🌟Medicine Song🌟Soul Song🌟

Over the years I have come to love so many medicine songs. Traditionally, the term medicine song (ICAROS) is South American however, the intention of a medicine song is common worldwide.

Several years ago a shaman I was learning from helped me to find my soul song. A soul song is a melodic symphony of sounds and rhythms that originates from our heart, and is echoed through our voice. There are typically no actual words. More so, sweet repetitive like chants (not light language, folks) which infuses us and fuels us with a strong high vibrational energy. Thus being a soul song.

Like a medicine song, a soul song is used to help us deeply connect. It's a method of preparation for communication with soul. We sing our soul song before healings, blessings, in prayer, and during ceremony.

I really like to sing my soul song in the mornings, as preparation for meditation or ceremony and, before I get ready to facilitate, for others.

My soul song feels like a big smile coming over me. It brings me to a state of deep inner peace & direct connection with my soul.

It is likely you are already singing your soul song...your personal medicine song for raising your vibration✨

Is there a chant/melody that you don't think about, it just comes from deep within you, and it sparks light and love in and all around you when you vocalize its resonance? That's your soul song!

WoW! To be witness of the power of shamanism for children is so inspiring.

I've had the incredible opportunity to offer the shamanic journey to children, attending kids camp at the Sedona Humane Society a couple of times.

Yesterday, I guided children (mostly between the ages of 5-9 years old) on a journey to the underworld. To meet an animal helper. It was a quick detailed journey.

I was so lit up, hearing about their experiences, during the circle share, we held after. Some of the animals children mentioned meeting were snakes to help with fear, tigers for courage, wolves for protection, unicorn cats to help be a good person, and bunnies to help with shyness.

Seeing the kids mimic their animal, through making their animal sounds and movements was a hoot, too!🦉🌟

After their journey and share circle, the children drew a picture of their experiences. Either their animal, the hole they went into, to get to the underworld and even what the underworld looked like. I've shared a few images and what they described to me.

Thank you to my sweet friend Deborah Haynes for calling on me to guide these children as they guided me to learn how to weave a tight basket for future children journeys.

The sacred space, the altar, is not something we create. It is not outside of us.

🌟IT. IS. US. 🌟

Our heart is our altar.

Our soul is the sacred space.

When we commune with our helping spirits, nature spirits and great spirit, through the powerful space of our soul and with the love of our heart, we are easily recognized by divine presences.

When we see how this is true, we then carry our altar and we are in sacred space, everywhere we go.

In this way, our daily song, our nightly prayers, our trinity (mind, heart & soul) through conscious connection and communication, become an authentic expression for healing and expansion, with divinity.

We become a blessing & offering to all places & for all people.

Volunteering is such a huge heart led passion for me. For me it's my soul work, and it is a vital part of how I show up in community.

When I lived in Las Vegas I spent 4 years offering holistic practices at The Caring Place - Nevada and it really was a heart fueled experience. Carrying this wish, to continue to be of service, while living in Sedona, I've found my calling here as a volunteer. It's with warmth and love that I bring end of life doula services to those who may otherwise die alone through Compassus.

This is a new chapter for me, and it's one that I am sure will propel me to unknown territory. Where my spirit leads and my heart follows, lending guidance to my mind.

I am smiling and filled with love, as I prepare to begin this journey. Special thanks to Joanne Verry & Zsuzsanna Reinhard for your kind referrals, to assist Compassus with verification of my ability to do this work.

~GIVING GRATITUDE~
Every morning, shortly after I awake, I go outside.
I smell the fresh air, hear the singing birds & feel the sun on my face.
I gather the essences of this new day & sit for 8 conscious breaths & extend gratitude.
1. Great Spirit- thank you for my life. My eternal reverence & gratitude to you, for holding me always. I am one with you today.
2. Mother Earth, from lands to seas - thank you for your support, your deep nourishment & teachings. I honor you & walk with you, in golden gratitude.
3. To all people, known & unknown - thank you for the ways you show up in my life. My gratitude for the lite & shadows that are exposed through you. I am grateful for all of you.
4. With kindness & gratitude I send my breath to all creatures that fly, walk, & swim - thank you for your lite on this plane & what I gain in witnessing you.
5. To all plants, trees, flowers, to all that mother grows - my sweet gratitude is gently extended to you. For your beautiful energies that fill me.
6. As I look up, I feel your presence illuminating within me, stars & planets, moons & matter. I give gratitude for your forces & how you move me.
7. To my spirit helpers, angels, ancestors & guardians, with a sacred breath I acknowledge you, in loving gratitude. I am so thankful for our relationships that enrich me.
8. My eyes close & my hands hold the space of my heart, as a smile comes over me. I give such immense gratitude to my soul, my body, my mind - for this life is blessed, special & sacred.
