5-Ingredients Keto Cheesecake
24-oz cream cheese
2 cups of Yogurt
2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2/3 cup erythritol
1/4 cup almond flour
I blended all the ingredients together in a blender before pouring it onto the crust.
Crust 2 cup of almond flour, 1/4 tsp of salt, 4 6 tbsp of melted coconut oil or enough water to make it slightly sticky. Combine all ingredients, pour into a lined 8 or 9 inch pan, press down evenly. Set a side while making filling.
Filling: I blended all the ingredients together. And when baking the cheesecake I put a baking pan and filled it halfway with water under the cheesecake.
I used regular vanilla yogurt🄲🄲.
I let the cheesecake bake for 35 minutes and then let it sit an extra 5 minutes before I put the cheesecake out of the oven. Then refrigerate the cheesecake for 7-8 hours

Keto Chocolate Cake
Total preparation time: 3 minutes
Servings: 1
Ingredients
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sweetener of choice
Small pinch of salt
1/8 of a teaspoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon softened butter
1 big beaten egg
Instructions
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a baking cup.
Stir in dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until everything is well mixed and pour into the prepared cup.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the top is set.
Let cool slightly before serving!

I wanted to circle back on the ā€œpotato saladā€ made with cauliflower. I grew up with the classic Hellman’s potato salad and continued the tradition. Needless to say it was a taste I craved. At the suggestion of members I made the same recipe with cauliflower. My undying love to all of you!! I boiled the cauliflower to a soft consistency, no crunch. I replaced Hellman’s with Dukes mayo and monk fruit sweetener for the sugar. I like hard boiled egg on top. It was delicious and made my day. No it’s not potato, but the taste and texture are identical. The cauliflower taste was not strong. This is more than acceptable. I wanted to cry.

These Crack Keto Biscuits are super easy to make. Start with melting some cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. I just popped it in the microwave for about a minute. Next stir in some baking powder, eggs, almond flour, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Form the dough into balls and let rest 10 minutes before baking. So easy!

INGREDIENTS:
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 (1-oz) packet dry Ranch dressing mix
1–1/2 cups superfine almond flour
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400ĀŗF.
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.
Add baking powder, eggs, ranch mix, and almond flour to cream cheese mixture. Stir well.
Stir in cheddar cheese and bacon. Stir until combined.
Spray a 10-inch iron skillet with cooking spray. Divide the dough into 11 or 12 balls and place in skillet. Place skillet in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Remove skillet from the refrigerator and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Brush cooked biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley, if desired.

Keto Blueberry Cobbler
Filling:
3 cups blueberries
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
2 tbsp swerve
For the topping:
2 tbsp butter
2/3 cup almonds flour
2 tbsp swerve
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine blueberries, xanthan gum, sweetener and mix well, until blueberries are coated.
3. Add the blueberry mixture to a 9 x 9 inch pan.
4. Melt the butter in the microwave, in an average size bowl.
5. Stir in almond flour and sweetener until a crumbly dough forms.
6. Crumble the dough, with your hands, over the blueberries in pea size clumps.
7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Keto Crackers (2 main ingredients)
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 tablespoon water
- I added everything bagel seasoning (optional) or any seasoning of your choice.
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350° line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a high speed blender or food processor, add your almond flour, shredded cheese, and salt, and blend well, until a dough remains. If the dough is too crumbly, add a tablespoon or two of water.
3. Line a large sheet of parchment paper on a flat kitchen surface transfer the dough onto it and place another sheet of parchment paper on top. Press down on the dough, before rolling it out using a rolling pin, until around a 1/4 inch in thickness. Using a pizza cutter, slice up squares to form crackers.
4. Transfer the crackers onto the lined sheet. Bake for 12 Minutes, flipping halfway through, remove from the oven and allowed to cool completely.

I made a low carb Keto Shepards pie and my husband took one look at it, left, and came back with this- so to whomever posted about not being supported, I see you. Can’t find your post to write you there, but I live with it, as well. This kind of food would make me sick if I ate it, so it wasn’t tempting. But he looked at what I made and left to get this. It’s the emotional principle. I cooked for two hours.
