Don’t learn this one the hard way! Back with another to keep you out of the hospital. If you’re new to lifting, bring a friend or ask a gym neighbor to spot you. Our bodies are resilient, but it’s important to be mindful and intentional when working with heavy equipment.

Well that’s a wrap on MURPH today! We decided to start the weekend with paying our respects to MURPH and all the other soldiers that have fought for our freedom 🇺🇸. In my older years, I’ve come to enjoy the process of MURPH, and not to stress about it. It’s not about PR’s and trying to kill yourself, but paying respect and testing your fitness. Ease your mind abs enjoy the process to all if you that will be embarking on this journey for the next few days. Always the best to have like minded friends and family to enjoy this beautiful morning. Good luck to everyone out there on their workout 🙏🏽 and enjoy a cool brew afterwards! You’ve earned it! P.S. I actually PR’d my time 🤣

Huge shout out to and for getting us situated with some new equipment, and being so quick about it 🙌🏽! Took exactly a week to recover my stuff. I shipping costs if you pick it up yourself , and conveniently American Barbell set up a shop here in Vegas 🙏🏽. Looking forward to trying all the new goodies! Everything feels like great quality too. No imitations 😤! Thank you again American Barbell and Steven Kendrick for helping me stay focus on attaining the best Dad-Bod ever 💪🏽.

It’s always an honor and privilege to be able to do MURPH every year! It’s very humbling and never gets easier. If it does get easier, then you need to push harder! 😤. Pay tribute to the men and women that have dedicated their lives to our country 🙏🏽 🇺🇸. Everyone have a safe and wonderful Memorial Day! (Don’t worry, social distancing was in full affect!)
