It's that time of year again! I will be flying for this special event on Saturday, October 15, 2022, to guide you through a Gentle Yoga class followed by a Singing Crystal Bowl Guided Meditation. Also, on Sunday, October 16, 2022, Doc Phineas will be teaching a Qi gong class. Each day includes 30 minutes at the end to check out the Lion Habitat Ranch. Get your tickets early as spots are limited and do sell out quickly!

Early bird special pricing is over, but at only $40.00, which all goes to the Lion Habitat Ranch to care for the animals, it's quite the deal and experience!!

FEBRUARY, month of Love! As much as I Love all of u, I am still in process of selling my home & settling into new one in Boulder City. I am not doing any online FB classes this month, need time for this transition but SCA is starting some online options this month for members to stay healthy. Believe your 'Lion' eyes again! It's time for our annual fundraising event at Henderson's Lion Habitat! All proceeds raised go to fund the Lions, Ozzie the Giraffe & all the other orphaned animals who have now found a home at the habitat. Lions' Breath of Yoga is a gentle yoga flow followed by a Crystal Bowl meditation, designed to restore & rejuvenate the body, mind & spirit. Afterwards you can view the animals & walk around the habitat & gift shop! Hurry limited space this year due to covid, social distancing & masks required, also bring your own yoga mat, blocks, blanket, maybe umbrella for shade if it's hot. Also available: Day pass-$99, Single Class-$25, Single Worksop-$40. Pick & choose or do all three days, Please hold your room by call the Nautical & booking your stay, $156.10 holds your reservation and you can cancel the room up to 7 days before event. If you are on the fence, still deciding I would advise booking the room incase because the Hot Air Balloon Fest is same weekend & they cannot hold rooms w/o a deposit and reservation.
