Wednesday. This one got me good. This is 6,12,25 circuit. Choose weights that almost max you out for each exercise. The 6 pulls ups should be done with slow eccentric movement (4 seconds down). Flys should be a controlled speed. And the alternating kettlebell swings should be done with a focus on the hip snap! Enjoy! If you plan to give it a shot drop a comment below and lemme know!

Super proud of my little !!!! After a difficult 2 years of Covid bull shhhh... she stayed determined and focused on sharpening her skills and yesterday and today it showed. She competed in a large meet with teams from all over the country. She took 2nd all around and her Beam score was high enough to qualify to compete in the "Top 10" competition the following day. She's killing it. So proud of you mama! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
