This weekend Aerin's Energy was honored for the work we get to be a part of with W.I.N.G.S.
Congratulations to everyone who was honored today and to the women who have been in or still in the W.I.N.G.S program. Without you we are not here.
If you know me, you know that being on stage or in the spotlight isn’t where I feel most at home—I truly thrive in one-on-one sessions and intimate group settings.
I’m learning to receive these moments with openness, What feels most meaningful to me is witnessing this community grow—seeing people show up for themselves, finding connection, and stepping into more aligned opportunities in their lives.
I’m incredibly proud of what Aerins Energy is building alongside our community and partners. The people who show up—ready to heal, grow, and support one another—are the heart of it all. Creating safe, intentional spaces for nervous system healing and connection, especially in more intimate settings, is something we co-create together.
Thank you for the recognition. I’m deeply grateful to be part of this work—and even more grateful to walk it alongside all of you.
