Our Story
I have always had a passion for health, working out, nutrition and learning more and more about it! And there is so much to learn... and so much to share. I am currently a flight attendant for a major airline and absolutely love it! Yet I also experience the challenges of this career. Sleep deprivation, unhealthy eating, non-existent workouts, battling the ever changing climates and time zones, sore feet and muscles, moisture-deprived skin-hair-nails, etc.... all of these can sabotage your health and wellness. But that’s IF you let them. The more educated, prepared and focused on healthy choices you are, the more likely you are to maintain, if not improve, your health and and level of fitness. This means less illness, injuries and inabilities and more wellness, strength and ability to do the things you want to do! Before becoming a flight attendant I was a dancer, director, choreographer and instructor most of my life and made a career of creating and implementing dance programs, companies, events, etc. All the while I was consciously and subconsciously incorporating nutrition, strength training, emotional wellness and a sense of responsibility to our minds and bodies to take care of them. I’ve seen lives changed in all those years and I continue to be amazed and inspired by the dance and fitness industries. Knowledge is everything, so I hope to use this page as a means to exchange information and continue to learn and be inspired in the areas of dance, health, fitness and wellness. Dancing is in my DNA and still use dance cardio as my number one source of a hard core cardio workout. It burns calories at a high level, isolates muscles, connects the mind to the body, soothes the soul and releases the spirit while keeping the body young, flexible and fit. Most recently I was a certified Zumba instructor for four years and watch dance workouts change lives! I also believe that the body can benefit from essential and natural healing if given the chance. I experienced firsthand the benefits of essential oils with my family and myself and make a habit of using Young Living and doTerra essential oils... for everything.
Most of all, I believe overall, health is not something to flow in and out of. It needs to be a way of life. Choose health, live health, share health. You have one body and one life. Take control, make the most of it and appreciate it by taking excellent care of yourself!
