25 years ago, a stranger in a bar pulled out her disposable camera, and unbeknownst to us, snapped our photo from across the pool table. She came up to us and asked if she could mail us the photo. At the time, it seemed sort of weird but we laughed and said, "sure"! I wish I would've gotten her name and info to thank her because, not only was that an extremely nice thing to do, but she managed to preserve such a beautiful moment, and still one of my favorite pictures, to this day.

Meet our sweet foster dog, Blondie! She's an easy going gal, who wants nothing more than to chill with her person. She prefers to be the center of attention but gets along well with all animals (big and small). This 7 to 8 year old polite little lady is potty trained, loves to cuddle under the covers and has the occasional joyful zoomies. She's truly a balanced, ball of sunshine! 🌞

Please sign the petition. Vets need to be taught these updated techniques so that our beloved fur family members will have less invasive sterilization procedures. This will mean less time under anesthesia, quicker healing, less interference with important hormones and overall better health.

Equipping future veterinarians with updated and diversified sterilization techniques.. 1,927 signatures are still needed!

I know what you're thinking... A 51 year old Elle Woods and a 17 year old Bruiser Woods? Well, she and her little dog aged, just like everyone else. 😂 We had so much fun dressing up, paying homage to such a classic and staying in character. Although... Templeton was a little pi**ed that he was forced to wear pink and I almost broke a hip while trying to perfect the "bend and snap" 🤣

Today is my one year anniversary since having emergency heart and lung surgery!! This is a big deal since the morbidity rate is very high within the first year after this procedure. While this post isn't exactly animal related, in a round about way it is, when I consider that I came very close to no longer being here to care for all of the animals that I love so very much. I'm not going to lie, it's been hard... I still struggle on a daily basis, but I'm still here and I don't take one moment of this life for granted. ❤️

It feels so good to finally get back to work after an intense and lengthy recovery from heart and lung surgery. There's something about being in the presence of these majestic beings. They help me heal, just as much as I help them heal.
And in case you're wondering... Yes, I absolutely use my PEMF and Laser devices on myself! Vet approved for the animals and physician approved for me. 😃
