Including this peanut butter cheesecake 😍

The physical work isn't long but this girl needs her beauty rest! The slow cooling process makes this cheesecake take a whole day to make but I promise it's so worth it!

Date night last weekend featured Gold Coast's newest Italian addition 😋

Lively vibe, beautiful interior, and delicious food have this spot 👍🏼👍🏼 in my book!

Some of our favorites included the Ricotta Truffle Ravioli and Pesto Not Pesto pasta dishes pictured here 💙

Not pictured was the most amazing Fall dessert : Spiced Donuts 🍩 with Chai Tea Latte ice cream 🍦

Need a quick breakfast dish to bring to a brunch? Or ... maybe keep all for yourself 😈

😋 These Sausage Balla have been a hit over the years and are so easy to make! 3 Ingredients, pop them in the oven, and easily throw them in a zip lock bag to take anywhere!

The recipe makes about 30 balls and they can be kept in the fridge for a few days if needed. I usually serve them either fresh out of the oven or at room temperature if making ahead of time.

You'll find me where the truffles are! ❤️

After multiple recommendations to try .chicago I finally made it out to the new South Loop spot with promise of this heavenly Black Truffle Bread 🤤

Two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼, especially for the Lamb Toothpicks and Mediterranean Sea Bass (neither pictures because they were eaten too quickly!)

Facing fears today and jumping in with two feet 👣

Day One in Jackson Hole was amazing with highlights from Phelps Lake Hike😍

Thankful for people who push me out of my comfort zone! And don't mind my screaming like a little girl 🎀, the views were well worth it👌🏼
