This was my second time volunteering for the Anonymous for the Voiceless on Fremont Street and many of the conversations this time centered around if people have love and compassion for their pets like their dog or cat and treat them like a family member, then why isn’t that same care extended to the cows, chickens, pigs, and fish that they saw on the screens in factory farms?

Showing compassion for all beings would be more congruent because millions of animals get their freedom and lives taken away everyday without having a say or someone to stand up for them.

Greens are the most nutrient dense and low calorie foods on the planet and help your body heal from the inside out.

The rule of thumb for green smoothies is 1/3 greens, 1/3 fruit, and 1/3 liquid (filtered alkaline water, organic coconut milk, organic almond milk, etc.), and following a recipe is always wise to make sure it still tastes good.
