We’ve built a model that meets people where they are from homes to schools to the heart of their communities.

While this increase focuses specifically on occupational therapy at this time, it is a critical step toward our goal of equitable reimbursement across all therapy disciplines.

🤔 So what's next?
💪 We will continue our fight through legislative and regulatory channels.
💪 We've partnered with Medicaid to facilitate updates to the Therapy Services Policy Manual, a document that has not been revised since 2015.

Together, we’re shaping a future where all therapists are valued and every child gets the care they deserve. 🧡

📍 We brought our message to Washington, D.C.
📢 Three Nevada representatives co-sponsored H.R.879—a key step in improving therapy reimbursement nationwide
🤝 We continue working with the Governor’s Council and the Nevada Therapy Coalition (NOTA, NSHA, APTA-NV) to develop long-term solutions
📈 Our efforts contributed to the passage of SB113, AB248, AB230, and AB177—major wins for the therapy workforce and patient access
❌ We also helped stop SB78, preserving therapist-led boards

This is what perseverance looks like. Advocacy is not a single bill—it’s a sustained movement. And we’re just getting started.

It’s with immense pride that we celebrate our incredible team and their remarkable achievements. 👏💫

🧡 Congratulations to Debbie Tilton—our founder and two-time Entrepreneurial Award winner—who began her vision in 1999 with a simple but powerful idea: bring therapy directly to those who need it.

🧡 Congratulations to our CEO, Casey Melvin, for receiving the Advocacy Award—a true honor that recognizes her commitment to driving meaningful change. In her first venture into the legislative arena, Casey championed SB366 with the goal of breaking down long-standing barriers and expanding access to care, especially for Nevada’s underserved rural communities.

🧡 Congratulations to Helen Snowie, recipient of the Fieldwork Educator of the Year AND OT Excellence Awards, for uplifting patients and peers with compassion and excellence. Her dedication to mentoring the next generation of therapists is helping launch meaningful careers in a profession that’s never been more needed.
